Three Hour Cooking Class
Chef Monica and Michael will teach you the tricks of the trade, in the comfort of your home! Enjoy 3 hours of personal instruction for up to 6 people, or a cooking class party for up to 12. Each class is tailored specifically to you, your group, your likes, and your desires. Chef Monica will work with you do design your class, and will shop for all the ingredients for you. On your class day, Monica and Michael will arrive to your home to get the mise en place set up, and will have recipe packets made for each of your guests to keep, follow along, and use for the future.
Each class will have a minimum of 4 dishes that will be taught, so...there is a meal to be had along the way, or at the end! Wine pairings are available to make the event even more amazing!
The Three Hour Cooking Class is $200, and groceries specific to your class are additional. Chef Monica will provide you with an itemized invoice of the ingredients purchased.
